A quick current rise ensures a stable arc even at low output currents

This product starts up three times faster than conventional models and achieves an arc start with nearly zero delay, even at an output of 4 A. An arc start with less burn through is now possible in butt welding of 0.3 mm thick stainless steel (when the hot current is set to Low). Full digital control and high-speed CPU control provide reliable arc performance even at an output of 4 A.

The pulse current rises approximately three times faster than that of conventional models, achieving sharp molten edges. The use of the optional nozzle with a gas lens will further improve the bead appearance. Capable of welding thin to thick plates with a thick electrode rod (⌀2.4)

The main unit is equipped with Welding Navigation. The welding conditions are automatically determined by setting various conditions such as a joint shape and plate thickness while viewing the LCD screen. Furthermore, the use of the Plate Thickness Command will enable users to set the welding conditions simply by entering the plate thickness.* Even individuals who are not regularly engaged in welding or have limited experience can easily set welding conditions.
