This is a collection of general-purpose robot system case studies.
This section contains general-purpose examples that can be used by customers in a wide range of industries.
The videos are created using the DTPS III offline teaching and editing software.

Model 1

Combination of a robot and fixed workbench. This is the simplest example.

Model 2

Combination of a robot with a 1-axis welding positioner. Man-hours for changeover can be reduced.

Model 3

Combination of a robot with a 2-axis welding positioner. A downward welding position can be secured with respect to the workpiece.

Model 4

Combination of a robot with a 2-axis welding positioner. Various workpiece shapes can be accommodated by changing the position of the rotation axis.

Model 5

Combination of a robot with 2 workbenches. Contributes to improvement of operation rate with changeover on one side at time.

Model 6

Combination of 2 robots with 2 welding positioners. Effective in reducing man-hours for long workpieces with many welding points.

Model 7

Combination of a robot with 3 welding positioners having different axes of rotation. This combination improves productivity for workpieces with complex shapes.

Model 8

Combination of 2 robots with a welding positioner and slide mechanism.
Contributes to the improvement of cycle time.

Model 9

Combination of a robot with a rotation-type workbench with light shield. Contributes to the reduction of changeover burden and productivity improvement.

Model 10

Combination of a robot with 2 welding positioners. A single robot can handle long workpieces by using a movable-type robot.

Offline teaching and editing software DTPS III

This verification software can be used for various applications such as robot movement range, interference checks, optimal equipment layouts, and approximate takt trial calculations, etc., in virtual space on a PC.
The software can also be used as a support tool during start-up of production sites.
